MMM Did Not Crash in South Africa , There Was a 1 -month Ban Like Nigeria But It' s Back - Top Guider Reveals

Earlier today, news went rife across Nigeria that the popular ponzi scheme, Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox, MMM, has frozen the accounts of its members.

Nigerians were thereafter thrown into a sudden anxiety as speculations emerged that the
scheme may have crashed after all.

The freezing of the account was made known on Tuesday morning in a disclaimer on the scheme's website informing them of the move.
However, the promoters of the scheme say it won't go burst just yet, adding that the setback will only last a month.

Following the freezing of confirmed accounts in MMM Nigeria, some Nigerians began to compare the situation with what happened in
South Africa early this year.

According to them, MMM South Africa had issued a message suspending operations in the scheme for one month just like Nigeria, but ended up never returning into operation.

However, in a chat with a top MMM
particiP@nt, it was learnt that this is not the case.
The particiP@nt, who chose not to be named, revealed that MMM South Africa also went through the same 1-month ban like Nigeria, but that it's back on course.

Also, a quick check revealed that MMM South Africa's website is still fully functional and particiP@nts are actively taking part in activities.

Here Are The Benefits Of Social Networks For Business

Social Networks For Business

The Internet is of immense importance to researchers because through it they are able to access more information than from walk-in libraries.

Its usefulness in the exchange of information and education cannot be over emphasized.

The use of the Internet by teens has always been discouraged due to the negative effects it can have in terms of exposure to sexual predators, possible addiction, increased isolation and reduced communication with family members.

Despite this, experts say that people of all ages have a wealth of information that will shape their future which they can share by connecting with others on social networks.

A report by blog.bufferapp shows that people between 45 and 54 years are the fastest growing population on Facebook and Google+.

It says social media has overtaken p**n as the number one activity on the web and 93 per cent of marketers use social media for business while 25 per cent of smartphone owners between 18 and 44 years disclose that they can’t recall the last time their smartphones were not next to them.

Experts say these statistics just show that the predominant population on social networks are not just young people; older people are learning how to use them more, which means that lots of people are getting involved and using the social media strategy.

Businesses also are beginning to include social media as part of their overall marketing budget or strategy, as opposed to when no one wanted to spend time or money on it.

The decision to do this efficiently, according to professionals, is because the Internet provides a platform for interaction regardless of geographical location.

Revenue generating potential

A digital marketer, Mr. Paul Gbadamosi, says that a lot of people make their daily living from the active use of social networks.

According to him, it can be achieved by building a community of followers or by advertising products or services on the social media platform.

He advises that business promotions should have a link that will redirect the readers to the business’ social media pages or the business website.

“If you choose to advertise on social media, the ads can either link back to your business’ social media page or sometimes to your website. This can mean that you’re able to benefit from social media without needing to have a channel,” he says.

For new products launch

Gbadamosi says that new initiatives can be unveiled on the social media and made to trend in order to create awareness .

He advises entrepreneurs to roll out new products and services on social media, forum boards and include a link for people to respond directly to a page on their website.

He says, “Provide a link on each post promoting the new products and services to the business website. Providing specially-worded contact forms on that page can help you discern customers who contacted you from the Facebook, Twitter or other platforms.

“Using a good analytics programme, you can determine how much traffic you generated from each post.”

For brand development

Using the social media consistently, sharing useful information and interacting with people regularly will allow your customers to connect and interact with your business as a brand, Gbadamosi says.

He adds that people who already have a strong brand may develop it further, increase awareness and address customers’ complaints.

For attracting customers

Gbadamosi says when social media campaigns are launched, giveaways and promotions can be used to increase followership.

He says, “For example you can tell your followers to complete a task and post such pictures with the promise of gifts items to be given to people with the best results.

“This method will increase your number of followers and once you have a good following, you can focus on more personalised social media campaigns to encourage them to stay.”

We Have Listed Here, 7 Important Tips On How To Grow & Boost Your Bank Account

moneyinbank

In our lifetime, we have noticed that it is very importannt to put some money aside in your savings account, so as to manage impending bills and money-related problems.

‘If you have trouble putting money aside in a savings account, maybe the solution is to stop struggling and put things on autopilot,’ a Money Talks News financial expert, Stacy Johnson, has disclosed.

An online report by www.moneytalksnews.com gives seven tips on how to grow your bank account, below are the seven tips:

1. Pay yourself first:
Payroll deduction is among the best fixes for struggling savers. With this approach, you have money automatically taken from your pay cheque and transferred to a savings or retirement account. Your employer may even allow you to directly deposit pay cheques into multiple accounts.

Send any additional income from raises, bonuses, cash awards or other windfalls straight to savings. If your air conditioner breaks down or it’s time to take that cruise, you’ll have a nice sum of money waiting for you in the bank.

2. Round up your savings:
Some banks have programmes that automatically round up debit-card purchases, and then transfer the extra amount into your savings account. You get a treat now and “keep the change” to save toward another treat later.

3. Save your change:
The low-tech version of the round-up programme is stashing away spare change at the end of each day. Keep it in a jar, mug, glass or piggy bank. When the container is full, turn that change into a bank deposit. Stacy says he turbo-charges this plan by stashing singles as well as coins.

4. Pay with cash:
Using cash automatically makes you spend less compared to plastic. An oft-quoted Dunn & B.radstreet study says people spend 12 to 18 per cent more when using credit cards instead of cash.

If you’re worried about schlepping back to the ATM to reload your wallet, you will be less tempted to spend more cash than you planned. You will be more inclined to pass on a higher-end model of a product. Also, you will stick to your shopping list and resist in-store temptations to buy more items than you intended.

5. Use rewards credit cards:
If you must use a credit card, use one that offers cash back or rewards. Then, you’re earning cash or equivalents without effort.

6. Bank your discounts:
What do you do with all the money you save buying bargains? Check your receipts. Most now conveniently tell you how much you saved on a sale item compared with its regular price, or how much you saved by redeeming coupons.

Add them up. Did you buy a cheaper generic and save a bundle over a name B.rand? Track the difference. Make it a habit to reward yourself by placing all the money saved from those bargains into your savings account.

7. Automate your transfers:
Check with your bank or credit union about how to set up automatic transfers from your current account to your savings account. This is another way of making sure you pay yourself first. You can even set up sub-accounts and label them for special goals, such as “college fund” or “new car fund.”

Now that your savings are on automatic, relax and watch your balance grow.

[Adsense] introduction to AdSense for beginners

Adsense

Google Adsense

Considering the need to aid new and upcoming bloggers and lovers of technology, I have decided to share tutorials on ways to genuinely generate some revenue on your blog/website using your laptop, tablet or phone. This tutorial is typically on the popular adnetwork "Google AdSense" where publishers convert their passion into income.
Without further waste of time, let us quickly have an overview of this ad network.

The Google Adsense chain or cycle

Google adsense has three basic parts:

1. Google Adwords: Where companies buy/ pay for adverts
2. Google Adsense: Where blog/website owners agree to host ads paid for by companies
3. Google Web bots: The bot software/ mechanism that decides which ads to display on any page.

AdSense works by matching text and display ads to your site based on the contents of your website and your visitors. The ads are created and paid for by companies or advertisers who want to promote their products rapidly online. Since these advertisers pay different prices for different ads, the amount you earn as a publisher will vary.

Before you can apply for AdSense, below are the things you need and conditions.

* you must have An active website or blog.
* your website/blog must be completely constructed, simple and must not contain broken images or links.
* your website/blog must have acceptable, unique and tangible contents. (At least 50 posts and above)

12 Ways Nigerian Students Can Make Money In 2016

money
Due to the intensity of school work in our higher institutions, students are now left with no choice, than to choose one between business or school work. Also considering the low economy and the unequal distribution of money in the country, businesses tends not to boom like the way it used to be. This has increasingly left a blow on the face of the Nigerian students, as nearly all the businesses created in schools in one way or the other, do not breakeven, talkless of emerging into great businesses thereafter.

Nevertheless, i have done a little research and compiled a list of businesses, which Nigerian students can do, to help them financially during their stay in school, without having a negative academic effect on there results.

So let’s get down to business

Sure Ways Students Can Make Money In 2016

1. Make Money Helping Post-Utme Student Secure There Bags: I actually put this first because, certain people under-estimated this business until they decided to give it a try in the last FUTA post-utme, some people made a whooping sum of #17,000 Naira for a period of 3 days. Though they covered other expenses, that left them with nothing less than #8,000 Naira each. That was only possible because they added their own initiatives, they got a table, chair and large umbrella.
2. Make money photocopying your school handout/past questions: various people do this in FUTO, until they got better business ideas, and upgraded. Since they have a strong HP 3in1 printer, all they do is to find past questions, gather the useful ones(3 years) then photocopy it and sell in class to students.although the income might be small, you will be comfortable and able to survive a whole semester, even when your parents receive no salary for 3 months.
3. Selling Used Products on Classified Ads(OLX): You can make recurrent cash helping people to sell there used or unwanted materials on Classified ads(OLX, JIJI, MOBOFREE). you may take back home nothing less than ₦8000 per month. you may charge an average of ₦1500 for each product that you're helping people to sell and sometimes, you might be given extra for the kind deed.
4. Offer to Teach Fellow Students on an Hourly Basis: virtually all brilliant dudes in the university make money when they teach their fellow students. Though the income might be quite small, the fact is, the more you teach the more you know. You can as well hold private lessons in the evening. Simply put some notes on the university hallways offering personal tutoring services and ask for a good rate.
5. Use Your God Given Skills to Make Money: Are you good in writing essays, drawing diagrams or portraits? Do you know how to do makeup? Do you know anything at all? why not offer this service for a fee? Today, many people forget or look down on them, at the end of the day, they graduate from school and start hopping from one place to another looking for jobs that needs you to become James Bond in order for you to get them.
6. Start Working as an Estate Agent: This is quite flexible. With houses springing around universities, students always have challenges of getting accommodation. So why not act as that "go-between". As an agent, your job is to look for houses for students and you are paid a commission of 10% per transaction. You can simply upload your listing for on www.findbuyorrent.com
7. Use your Internet Savvy Skills to Make Money: You can make cool cash by facilitating the registration of students for Post-Ume examinations. For those who aren’t internet savvy. You could also help them do their course registration for a fee.
8. Provide AD Services: Talk to any organization which you think would like to have their presence felt in the university. Offer them an opportunity to advertise their goods and services on a branded shirt. You can also partner with foreign companies and outsiders by being there ambassador in your school.
9. Blogging: I want to believe you already know what a blog is. And I want to believe you already know the ways it can be used to make money.Though this is a business one can do with little or no capital, but when it is brought up as a money making venture, the first image that first comes up is Google Adsense. Well, for your information, that’s just a tip of the iceberg when it comes to making money at home without cash. You could sell adspace directly to advertisers, sell a service, advertise banners of local businesses etc. The opportunities are basically limitless. But I don’t have a laptop yet? You can start with an Android phone!!!! 11. Use Youtube: Are you good in modeling or dancing? Then you-tube is a platform to make good money when you post videos of your post online. The video uploaded should include your dancing or make-up techniques. By so doing you increase the chances of people viewing your upload. As people get to see your video -you make money if you have a youtube account. It’s so easy. Just create amazing content consistently, and you’ll be rolling in traffic. I’m just kidding. Even if you know what you’re doing, content marketing takes a lot of work. But it can pay off in a big way.
12. Laundry: Many people don’t have time to wash their clothes, and they won’t mind paying others to do it for them. Instead of not having something to do, why not consider this? Between, many things we think are ‘degrading’ are actually profitable. Just have the right thoughts!!!!Are you looking for businesses that can be done in Nigeria with little capital? Here you are. 16 Simple Financial Success Tips In 2016

money
Although this might seems a little bit hard to practice, just try your best and before you know it will become an habit.

1. Save at least 10% of any money you get.
2. Don’t just leave your saved money in the bank, multiply your money by investing it.
3. Don’t depend on a single income, create other source of income.
4. Take calculated risk, if you dont take risk, you ain’t worth being in business. Cause the higher the risk, the higher the income.
5. Avoid extreme investing, that is investing to low, or investing to much money, be moderate in investing, don’t just pore all your money into an investment.
6. Never take investment advice from people who don’t really know what they are saying, such as, somesone saying, my uncle friend said this business is profitable, so go into the business. Take advice from professionals alone.
7. Value learning over earning, learn more to earn more, your old poor mentality can’t get you anywhere.
8. Avoid daily gambling or sport betting, you can’t build a fortune from it. Even if you win 10 times in a row, law of probability is against you. The house(Nairabet, Merrybet and co) will always win and you loose in the long run.
9. Don’t borrow money to people, who dont have any financial inteligence or those who can’t multiply the cash. Especially when it will affect your business, instead give them what you can afford.
10. Buy assets with your money, don’t just buy liabilities that will keep taking money from your pocket.
11. Delay gratification, if you buy what you don’t need, you will sell what you need.
12. You want to make more money, then you have to make people work for you, you can’t become rich alone. Use advice from professional to your benefit.
13. Be ready to loose money, or have you seen a rich man that never lost money, or a winner that never lost.
14. There’s a big difference between looking rich and being rich, don’t look rich be rich.
15. Always move on, What’s gone is gone, you can’t afford, to waste much time regretting a loss, that as already gone. Learn from mistake and move forward
16. Take action, nothing just happens, start saving and investing today. There no right time to do something, the best time is now, take action.
